Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 2.5 cups
Dry Yeast – 1.5 Spoon
Egg – 2
Milk – 1 cup
Butter – 50 gms
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Warm Water – 1 spoon
Method:
In a pan, Add flour and milk, Heat in low heat until it looks like paste and keep aside.
In a bowl, Add yeast and warm water and leave for 5 mins until it is activated.
In a bowl, Add the cooked flour paste, Sugar, 1/2 cup of milk, Egg, Butter, Yeast liquid and mix well.
In a bowl, add the mixed liquid into the flour and knead to a sticky dough. Cover and set aside for 2 hours till the dough is doubled in size.
Add some more flour and knead it and divide it into equal portions and make a smooth ball with each portion.
Cover with plastic wrap and keep aside for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 180 degree C.
Finally, Mix egg and milk and use a brush to paint this over the buns.
Bake this in oven, for 30 mins until the top is golden.
Remove it and cool for 5 mins.
Serve and enjoy.
