Easy Tomato Egg Burji


Ingredients:
Eggs – 3
Oil – 1 spoon
Cumin Seeds (Jeerakam) – 1 spoon
Tomato – 2
Onion - 2
Green Chilli – 3
Chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt - As required
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Coriander leaves – 1 handful

Method:
In a pan, Add oil, Curry leaves, Cumin and splatter it.
Add the onion, Tomatoes, Green chillies and cook till it get rid of raw smell.

Smash the tomato nicely and add chilli powder.
Add the salt and stir nicely.

Add the eggs and scramble.



Finally, Add the coriander leaves and mix well.
