Chicken (Chopped) - 500 grams
Shallots (Chinna Vengayam) - 20
Garlic - 5 Cloves
Oil - 2 spoon
Red chillies - 10
Turmeric powder (Manjal Thool) - 1/2 spoon
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Salt - As required
Coriander leaves - As required
Method:
In a Pressure cooker, Heat Oil, Add the Curry leaves, Onion, Garlic, Red chillies and fry until golden brown.
Add in the Turmeric, Chicken, Salt and Water.
Close the pressure cooker lid and cook for 2 whistles.
Now move the content to a pan and keep in low flame and cook until it becomes consistent
Switch off the flame.
Finally, Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve and enjoy with - Roti / Wheat Parotta / Roti Recipes . :)
