Ingredients:
Mutton pieces – 1/2 kg
For Grinding:
Turmeric powder (Manjal thool) – 1/2 spoon
Coriander powder (Malli thool) – 1 spoon
Chilli powder – 1 spoon
Garam masala powder – 1 spoon
Cumin powder / Jeerka podi – 1/2 spoon
Onion – 2
Tomato - 2
Coconut – 1/2 cup
Saunf (Sombu) – 1 spoon
Salt - As required
For Frying:
Curry leaves – 1
Onion – 1
Green Chilli – 2
Ginger Garlic paste – 2 spoon
Turmeric powder (Manjal thool) – 1/2 spoon
Coriander powder (Malli thool) – 1 spoon
Chilli powder – 1 spoon
Garam masala powder – 1 spoon
Cumin powder (Jeera thool) – 1/2 spoon
Method:
Wash and Cook the mutton with turmeric.
Take all the grinding ingredients and grind to fine paste.
Pour the paste into mutton and marinate for 45 min.
Take coconut and saunf and grind it with some water.
Put the mutton mixture in a cooker and cook till it is completely cooked (3-4 Whistles).
Take a pan, Add oil and curry leaves. Now add frying items one by one.
Add onions, Green chilli and fry until it is golden brown.
Add all spice powders and mix well.
Add cooked mutton into pan, Add water and salt as required and mix well.
After 10 min, Add grinded coconut paste into the pa
Cook it for 20-30 mins and switch off.
Now it is done. :)
