Ingredients:
Minced Mutton – 1/2 kg
Clove (Krambu) - 2
Ginger Garlic paste – 2 spoon
Pattai - 1
Turmeric powder (Manjal thool) – 1/2 spoon
For frying:
Curry leaves – 1
Onion – 1
Green Chilli – 2
Ginger Garlic paste – 2 spoon
Turmeric powder (Manjal thool) – 1/2 spoon
Coriander powder (Malli thool) – 1 spoon
Chilli powder – 1 spoon
Mutton masala powder – 1 spoon
Cumin powder (Jeera thool) – 1/2 spoon
Method:
Wash and Cook the mutton with Ginger garlic paste, Turmeric, Clove and Pattai for 3 whistles in pressure cooker.
Take a pan, Add oil and curry leaves. Now add frying items one by one.
Add curry leaves, onions, Green chilli and fry until it is golden brown.
Add tomato and fry.
Add all spice powders and mix well.
Add cooked mutton into pan, Add water and salt as required and mix well.
Add some curry leaves.
Cook till the water get drained.
Now it is done.
Served with - Chappathi Recipes / Roti Recipes / Poori Recipes / Idli / Dosa Recipes
