Rava Kesari / Sooji Kesari

                                 

Type - South Indian
Preparation Time - 5 mins
Cooking Time - 10 Mins
Serves - 2 persons

Ingredients:
Sooji (Rava) - 1 Cup
Ghee - 100 ML
Cashew - 10 Nos
Dry Grapes - 10 Nos
Elaichi - 5 Nos
Kesari Powder (Yellow / Orange) - 2 pinch
Sugar - 1.5 Cup

Method:
Pour some ghee, Fry cashew and grapes and keep aside.
Pour some ghee, Fry Sooji for 3-5 Mins at low flame and keep aside.
Take a pan, Pour 1 cup water, Add sugar and stir until sugar gets dissolved.
Add Kesari powder, Elaichi and fried Sooji.
Keep adding Ghee gardually little and stir until it not sticks into pan.
Finally add the fried cashews and grapes.
Now it is ready.

Serve and Enjoy. :)
