Ingredients:
Oil - 2 spoon
Mustard (Kadugu) - 1 spoon
Kadalai paruppu - 1 spoon
Curry leaves - 5 leafs
Beetroot - 3
Onion - 1
Green chilli - 3
Turmeric - 1 spoon
Salt - as required
Water - as required
Method:
Heat kadai, Add oil, mustard, Kadalai parupu, Curry leaves.
Add Onion and green chilly fry until brown.
Add turmeric, Salt and add beet root, Sprinkle some water.
Cook for 5 mins.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve with rice. :)
