Ingredients:
Red Chilli Powder
Salt - as required
Bitter guard - 1
Oil - as required
Method:
Add Red Chilli powder and salt and sprinkle some water
Add the bitter guard into the mix and stir and marinate for 30 min.
Add oil into kadai and fry the marinated bitter guard until it gets crispy.
Serve with rice and enjoy. :)
