Chicken – 1/4 kg
For grinding:
Coriander (Malli)– 2 spoon
Pepper - 1 spoon
Cumin (Jeerakam) - 1 spoon
Pattai - 1
Clove (Kirambu) - 3
Elaichi - 2
Kadal pasi (Optional)
For frying:
Oil – 3 tblspn
Small Onion – 10
Garlic - 4 clove
Ginger - 1 spoon
Red chilli - 4
Turmeric Powder (Manjal thool) – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Water - as required
Coriander Leaves / Cilantro for garnishing
Method:
Fry ingredients until aroma comes and Grind into powder.
Heat oil in a cooker, Add ginger, garlic and red chilli.
Add chicken, Turmeric powder, Salt and water as required. Cook for 3 whisles and sim for 10 mins.
Take kadai and heat the oil, Add curry leaves, Onions, fry till brown.
pour the cooked chicken into the pan and wait for the water until it gets dry.
Add the grinded powder and mix well and cook for 5 mins.
Add some coriander leaves and mix well.
