All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 2 cups
Powdered Sugar – 1 cup
Cocoa Powder – 3 spoon
Milk -1 cup
Butter / Oil – 150 gms (Butter for best results)
Eggs – 4
Vanilla Essence – 2 spoon
Salt – 3 pinch
Baking Powder – 1 spoon
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180° C for 10 min.
Take the bowl and add flour and Baking powder, Stir and keep aside.
Take another bowl, Add eggs, milk, Butter, Sugar and Vannila Essence and beat until all gets mixed well.
Add the flour mix gradually with the stirred content and beat nicely with egg beater.
Take half of the mixed content in bowl and add cocoa powder and stir nicely.
Put Butter in cake pan and spread it nicely.
Dust the cake pan with maida.
Take the cake pan and pour a scoop of white mix, Then pour the cocoa mix at the centre and repeat this step till the content is finished.
Bake for 30-35 Min, then Insert a Knife into the cake, Whether the cake is cooked or not.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
