Tasty Filter Coffee (using Moka Pot)

Serves - 2 Persons

Ingredients:

Coffee Powder - 2 Spoons  

Jaggery - 2 spoons

Milk - 100 ML

Water - 100 ML 


Note:

I used Bayara Gold Coffee powder which is available in Bangalore location. It has ratio of Coffee Powder - 70% & Chicory - 30%

I used Pigeon brand Moka Pot which is induction based purchased from Amazon.


Method:

First, Open Moka pot, Add water in Heating chamber section.

Next, Place the Funnel filter, Add Coffee powder and gently press.

Next close with coffee chamber and place in Induction stove at 2000 degree. 

Within 2-3 mins, Water will get boiled and passes via coffee powder and gets collected in Coffee Chamber.

Move the coffee dicason in a tumbler.

Now, Add 2 spoons of dicason.

Add 1 spoon of Jaggery.

Add Milk and mix well. 

Finally, Sprinkle with dicason for perfect blend.

Serve and Enjoy with Vada Recipes / Starter Recipes. :)
