Ingredients:
Chicken - 500 gms
Onion - 2
Shallots (Small Onion) Grinded - 2 cups
Saunf - 1/4 spoon
Tomato Grinded - 2 cups
Kulambu Masala - 2 spoons
Coriander Powder - 1 spoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Coriander Leaves - As required
Curry Leaves - As required
Salt - As required
Oil - 2 spoon
Method:
First, In a Pressure cooker, Add Oil, Saunf and Stir well.
Then, Add Curry Leaves and Coriander Leaves.
Add Ginger Garlic Paste and fry.
Then, Add onions and deep fry.
Add, Grinded Onion Paste and fry.
Now, Add Red chili powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt & Coriander Powder and stir well.
Add the tomato paste and mix well.
Add Chicken and stir well.
Add the Kulambu Masala powder and stir well
Add 1 cup of water and stir well.
Pressure cook for 3 whistles.
Sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve and Enjoy with Chappathi Recipes / Roti Recipes / Poori Recipes / Idli / Dosa Recipes. :)
