Ingredients:

Bengal Gram - 2 cups

Urad Dhall – 2 cups

Red Chilli - 6

White Sesame seeds - 1/4 cup 

Hing - 1 pinch

Salt to taste


Method:

First, In a Pan, Add Bengal Gram, In low flame roast well for 5-7 mins.

Next, Add Urad Dhall, In low flame roast well for 5-7 mins.

Next, Add White Sesame seeds, In low flame roast well for 2-3 mins.

Next, Add Red Chili, In low flame roast well for 2-3 mins.

Add the salt and mix well.

Cool the content and move it into blender.

Blend well as smooth powder.

Store it in a tight container and can be used for 1 month.
