Tea Cake using Cooker

Preparation Time - 10 mins
Baking Time - 45 Mins
Serves - 5 Pieces
Served with - Tea / Coffee

Ingredients:
Eggs - 2
Sugar - 3/4 cup
All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1 cup
Oil - 3 spoons
Vanilla Essence - 1 spoon

Method:
Dust a cake tray with Oil and little flour and set aside.
Seperate teh egg white, Add half of the flour and beat till creamy.
Add the egg yolk, flour and beat till creamy.
Add the Vanilla Essence, Oil and beat till creamy.
Now mix both the creams and beat together.
Pour the mix into Cake tray.
Now comes baking part, In a Idly cooker (or) Pressure Cooker, Place a small stand to place the cake tray. (to avoid the direct heat.)
Close with lid and cook for 45 mins.
Then Insert a Knife into the cake, Whether the cake is cooked or not.
Now the cake is ready.
Cool, Serve and enjoy. :)
