Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1 cup
Baking Powder - 1 spoon
Baking soda - 1/4 spoon
Vanilla Essence - 1 spoon
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1/4 spoon
Curd - 1/4 cup
Water - 1 cup
Mango (Cutted) - 1/2 cup
Tutty Fruity - 1/4 cup
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180° C for 10 min.
Dust a cake tray with Oil and little flour and set aside.
First, In a bowl, Sieve and Add All Purpose Flour.
Add Baking Soda and Baking powder into the flour.
Add sugar and mix well.
Add Oil into the flour and mix well.
Add Curd into the flour and mix well.
Add Vannilla essence into the flour and mix well.
Finally add water slowly and mix well and form as cake flour mix.
Pour the mix into cups.
Cut and add the Mango slices and tutty fruity into the cake mix.
Place the cups in oven and Bake the cake at 180 degree celsius for 20 - 30 minutes.
Then Insert a Knife into the cake, Whether the cake is cooked or not.
Now the cake is ready.
Cool, Serve and enjoy. :)
