Mango Payasam

Preparation Time - 10 mins
Baking Time - 15 Mins
Serves - 2 - 3 Persons
Served with - Vada Recipes / Starter Recipes

Ingredients:
Mango (Malgova/ Alphanso) - 1.5 cup
Whole Fat Milk - 2 cups
Sago (Javvarisi) - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cardomam (Elakkai) - 4

Method:
First, Take a cup of cutted Mangoes into blender and blend well as puree.
In a pan, Add Fat Milk and boil and switch off.
In parallel, Add Sago in pressure cooker with 1 cup of water and pressure cook for 1 whistle.
Now, Add the boiled Sago with water into Milk and boil for 5 mins.
Now, Add the sugar into the milk mix and stir well for 2 more mins.
Add, Powdered Cardomam into the mix and stir well for a mins.
Now, Add Mango puree into the mix and stir well for 2 mins.
Finally, Add some 0.5 cup of chopped mango into it.
Serve and enjoy with Vada Recipes / Starter Recipes. :)
