Served with - Tomato Sauce (Recipe) / Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
Coriander Leaves - 2 cup
Mint Leaves - 2 cup
Green Chilli - 2
Ginger Paste - 1 spoon
Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Cumin Seeds (Jeerakam) - 1 spoon
Chat Masala - 1 spoon
Garam Masala - 1 spoon
Lemon - 1/2
Curd - 1/2 cup
Chicken – 1/2 kg
Salt - As required
Oil – 4 spoon
Method:
In a blender, Add Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, Green Chilli and Cumin Seeds.
Add Chat Masala, Garam Masala and grind well.
Move to Bowl and Squeeze Lemon and add curd and salt and mix well.
Now, Add Chicken into it, Mix well and marinate for 30 mins .
In Parallel, In a bowl, Add some water and sticks into it.
Wetting of Sticks helps not to burn.
After 30 Mins, In a pan, Add oil and Place the chicken, Cook for both sides for 10 to 15 mins until the liquid becomes dry.
Now, Move the cooked chicken out and start inserting into Sticks.
Switch on the stove, Burn the chicken slowly turning on all the sides.
Burn for 2 to 3 minutes without too much burnt.
Serve and enjoy with Tomato Sauce (Recipe) / Mayonnaise.
