Ingredients:
Cauliflower - 1
Gram flour - 1/4 cup
Curd - 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon
Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 spoon
Coriander powder - 1 spoon
Cumin powder - 1 spoon
Garam masala - 1/2 spoon
Salt - As required
Oil - As required
Method:
In a pan, Add gram flour and roast for 3 mins.
In a pan, Add cleaned and cutted cauliflower with water and bring it to boil for 2 to 5 mins.
In a pan, Ginger garlic paste, Turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, Coriander powder, Cumin powder, Garam masala, Salt, Curd, Roasted gram flour and mix well.
Now, Add the boiled cauliflower, Into the masala and mix it well.
Refrigerate it for an hour.
Now, Heat the pan, Place the Cauliflower and Dizzle oil on top of it.
Cook with low flame for 10 mins.
Serve and enjoy with - Tomato Sauce (Recipe). :)
