KuthiraiVaali Noodles

Preparation Time - 5 mins
Cooking Time - 15 Mins
Serves - 2 persons
Served with - Tomato Sauce (Recipe)

Ingredients:
Boiling Noodles:
Kuthirai Vaali Noodles (Barnyard Noodles) - 500 Gms (1  pocket)
Water - 5 cups
Salt - 1 spoon
Oil - 1 spoon

For Frying:
Oil - 2 spoons
Onion - 1
Carrot - 1/2
Green capsicum - 1/2
Beans - 2
Cabbage - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1/2 spoon

Method:
First, In a pan, Add 5 cups of water, Noodles with Oil.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Drain the water from noodles and pour a cup of cold water.
In a pan, Add oil, Onion, Carrot, Capssicum and Beans.
Stir fry for 2 minutes and add cabbage and stir fry.
Add the Masala powder provided with that.
Add the boiled noodles and mix gently for 2 mins and stir well.
Serve and enjoy with - Tomato Sauce (Recipe)
