Baby Corn Peas Masala

Ingredients:
For Tomato Puree:
Onion - 1
Tomatoes - 2
Red Chilli - 3
Cashews - 6
Oil - 2 spoons

For Masala:
Butter - 1 spoon
Baby Corn - 10
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 hand
Peas - 1/4 cup
Salt - As required
Sugar - 1/2 spoon
Kasthuri Methi Leaves - 1 spoon

Method:
First, In a kadai, Add oil, Onions, Tomato, Red Chilli and Cashew Nuts and fry well.
Put in a blender and grind well and keep aside.
In a kadai, Add Butter, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Grinded Onion Tomato Mix and stir well.
Add Crushed Kasthuri Methi leaves, Coriander leaves and stir well.
Add Water, Cutted Baby Corn, Peas and sim cook for 10 mins.
In parallel, Add salt, spoon and mix well.
Cover and Sim cook for 10 mins.
Served with - Chappathi Recipes / Roti Recipes / Poori Recipes Idli Dosa Recipes
