Baby Corn 65

Preparation Time - 5 mins
Cooking Time - 10 Mins
Serves - 2 persons
Served with - Tomato Sauce (Recipe)

Ingredients:
Baby Corn - 7
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
Italian Seasoning Powder - 1/4 spoon
Coriander Powder - 1/4 spoon
Salt - As required

For Coating:
Corn flour - 3 spoons
Italian Seasoning Powder - 1/4 spoon
Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
oil for deep frying

Method:
First, In a pan add Baby corn with salt and water and boil for 15 mins and Keep aside.
Cut the boiled Baby corn into slices.
In a bowl, Add corn flour, Italian Seasoning powder with little water and mix like batter.
In a bowl, Add italian Seasoning powder, Coriander powder, Salt, Red Chilli Powder and mix well.
Add the cutted Baby Corn with the mixed masala.
Take a Cutted baby corn and dip into corn flour batter nicely and roll in bread crumbs.
In a pan, Add oil and fry well until it turns golden colour.
Drain the oil.
Served and enjoy with - Tomato Sauce (Recipe) :)
