Preparation Time - 10 mins
Cooking Time - 10 Mins
Serves - 3 - 4 persons
Served with - Rice
Ingredients:
For Grinding:
Coconut - 3 pieces
Saunf (Sombu) - 1 spoon
For frying:
Oil - as required
Mustard (kadugu) - 1 spoon
Fenugreek (Venthayam) - 1/4 spoon
Curry leaves - 5 leafs
Onion - 1
Garlic - 15
tomato - 1
Mana thakkali (Dried) - 1/4 cup
Turmeric powder (Manjal thool) - 1/2 spoon
Salt - as required
Tamarind (Puli) - 1 lemon size
Water - 1 cup
Method:
First, In a bowl add Tamarind with little hot water and mix well.
Add turmeric into it and mix well.
Grind Coconut and saunf with water and keep aside.
Take kadai, Add oil, Mustard, Fenugreek, Curry leaves, Onion, Garlic, Mana thakkali and fry well.
Add tomato, Turmeric powder and fry well.
Add Salt, Water and Tamarind mix into it.
Add coconut mixture and water and cook for 10 mins and switch off.
Serve and enjoy. :)
