Ingredients:
Eggs – 2
Onion – 1
Green chilli – 1/2
Turmeric powder – 1/4 spoon
Pepper powder – 1 spoon
Chilli powder – 1/2 spoon
Salt – as required
Oil – 1 tsp
Method:
First, Chop the onion and green chilli finely.
Now, In a vessel, Brake and add the Eggs, onion, Chilli, Pepper powder, Chilli powder, Turmeric powder and Salt.
Mix it well.
Now, Place a ladle / Paniyaram Pan and add oil. I used Paniyaram Pan for convenience.
Pour the egg mixture and cook for a minute in low flame.
Once done, Use spoon to flip gently to the other side and cook for a minute.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
