Kollu Gravy

Preparation Time - 10 mins
Cooking Time - 15 Mins
Serves - 3 - 4 Persons
Served with - Rice / Wheat Parotta / Roti Recipes 

Ingredients:
For Boiling:
Sprout Horse Gram (Mulai kattuna Kollu) - 1 cup
Potato - 2

For frying:
Oil - as required
Saunf - 1/2 spoon
Clove (Kirambu) - 1
Cinnamon (Pattai) - 1/2 inch
Mustard (Kadugu) - 1 spoon
Curry leaves - 10 - 15 leafs
Ginger Paste - 1/2 spoon
Garlic Paste - 1/2 spoon
Onion - 1
Tomato - 2
Turmeric powder (Manjal thool) - 1/4 spoon
Chilli Powder (Milagai thool)  - 1/2 spoon
Coriandar powder (Dhaniya thool) - 1/2 spoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1 spoon
Salt - as required
Water - 1 cup

Method:
First, Boil the Sprout Horsegram and Potato with water in cooker for 2 whistles.
Take kadai, Add Oil, Saunf, Onion, Curry leaves and fry well.
Now Add Ginger Paste and Garlic paste, Sliced Tomato and fry well.
Add Turmeric powder, Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder and saute for 5 mins.
Now, Add Salt, Boiled Sprouts and Potato.
Add Water and Cook for 10 mins until it becomes like a gravy.
Serve and enjoy with Rice / Wheat Parotta / Roti Recipes. :)
