Halloween Finger Biscuit

Cooking Time - 30 Mins
Serves - 10 - 12 pieces
Served with - Tea / Coffee

Ingredients:
Butter (Unsalted) - 3 spoons
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
Flour - 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence - 1 spoon
Salt - 1 Pinch
Egg - 1
Baking Soda - 1/4 spoon
Almonds - 8
Jam - 2 spoons

Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C for 20 minutes.
First, In a pan, Add Butter, Powdered sugar, Vanilla essence, Baking soda, Salt, Egg and mix well. 
Now, Add the flour and Mix well and knead like a dough As shown in picture.
Keep the kneaded dough in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Remove the almond peel.
Now take some dough and roll like shape of a finger.
Press down the rolled dough twice leaving a gap.
Then in between use a knife to make 3 lines like shown in picture.
Now, Add half almond at one side and press down on the dough to form a nail.
Now, Remove almond, Add a small jam and press the almond back like shown in picture.
Now Place in baking tray and bake for 20 - 30 minutes.
Once cooked, Take out and cool.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
