Served with - Tomato Sauce (Recipe) / Mayonnaise
Garlic Bun Ingredients:
Milk – 1 cup
Dry Yeast – 1/2 Spoon
Sugar – 1/4 spoon
All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 1.5 cups
Topping Ingredients:
Garlic - 4
Coriander leaves - 2 spoons
Butter - 1 spoon
Method:
First, In a bowl, Add Milk, Sugar, Dry Yeast and mix well and cover it for 10 mins.
Now Seive and Add All purpose flour and form as dough.
Cover and set aside for 1 hour, Till the dough is doubled in size.
After 1 hour, Take out and knead it again, Divide it into equal portions and make a smooth ball with each portion.
Dust with flour and Roll the ball like bun.
Now, Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a baking tray and Dust with All purpose flour.
Place the dough buns in the tray.
Top it with Garlic, Coriander leaves and Butter.
Bake it in the oven at 180 for 20 mins.
Serve and enjoy with Tomato Sauce (Recipe). :)
