Serves - 2 to 3 Persons
Ingredients:
For Jaggery Milk:
Jaggery - 1 cup
Elaichi - 15
Milk - 1 cup
Coconut Milk (Optional) - 1/2 cup
Water - 1 cup
For Kolukattai:
Rice Flour (Arisi Maavu) - 2 cups
Salt - 1 pinch
Hot Boiling Water - As required
Ghee - 1 spoon
Method:
First, Peel the Elaichi and powder it.
In a Pan, Add Jaggery with Water and heat till jaggery is melted and until it becomes bit thick.
Grind the coconut and take the milk.
In a pan, Add Water with Salt.
In a bowl, Add the Rice Flour, Salt and Ghee.
Add the rice flour with Hot water and mix well until the dough becomes consistent.
Take small piece of dough and form like a small ball as shown in picture.
In a pan, Add Milk, Jaggery mix, Powdered Elaichi, Coconut Milk and add rice balls into milk.
Close and cook for 10 to 15 mins until balls gets cooked.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
