Serves - 2 persons (10 - 12 Pieces)
Served with - Tea / Coffee
Ingredients:
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Elaichi - 5
Banana (I used Nendran) - 1
Wheat Flour - 1.5 cup
Oil – As required
Water - As required
Method:
First, In a blender, Add Sugar, Elaichi and grind well.
Then, Add the Banana with little water and grind well.
In a bowl, Add Banana mix, Wheat flour and mix well.
Heat the paniyaram pan and grease with Oil.
Pour mixed batter into the pan and cook on low flame till it gets cooked on one side.
Take a spoon and flip over another side until it cooked nicely.
Flip both side and ensure it is cooked nicely.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
