Cheesy Potato Nuggets


Ingredients:
Potato - 2
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 spoon
Cheese - 2 cubes
Italian Seasoning Powder - 1/4 spoon
Salt - As required
Pepper Powder - 1/2 spoon
2 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
Toasted Bread - 2
Bread Slices - 2

For Coating:
Corn flour - 3 spoons
Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
oil for deep frying

Method:

First boil the potatoes and peel the skin.

Then toast bread slices, Put into Jar and Blend well, Then keep aside.


In a bowl shred the potatoes, Shredded cheese, Italian Seasoning powder, Pepper, Salt, Red Chilli Powder and roasted blended bread crumb.







In a bowl, Add corn flour with little water like a batter.


Take a small potato dough and roll like a ball.



Then dip in corn flour batter nicely and roll in bread crumbs.





In a pan, Add oil and fry well until it turns golden colour.


Drain the oil.


Serve and enjoy.
