Red Chilli Mutton


Ingredients:
Mutton - 500 kg
Clove - 2
Elaichi - 2
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
Ginger Paste - 1/2 spoon
Garlic Paste - 1/2 spoon
Oil - 5 spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1 spoon
Coriander Powder - 1 spoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 spoon
Saunf - 1/4 spoon
Jeera - 1/4 spoon
Salt - As required
Dry Red Chilli - 5
Shallots (Small Onion) - 15
Curry Leaves - 10 leaves
Tamarind - 1 lemon size

Method:
First, In a bowl, Add chillies and hot water and keep aside for 10 mins.
In another bowl, Add Tamrind and hot water and keep aside.

Drain the red chillies and grind in a blender as a smooth paste and keep aside.
Squeeze the Tamarind and filter the extract and keep aside. 
In a Pan, Add Oil, Elaichi, Cinnamon, Clove and Curry leaves.




Add the red chilli paste, Garam masala powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Jeera, Saunf and stir well.



Add the Mutton and mix well.

Now, Move the content to cooker, Add red chillies paste and Tamarind paste and Cover and cook with water for 3 to 5 whistles.







Serve and enjoy. :)
