Mango Burfi


Ingredients:
Mango (I used Alphonso) - 1
Milk - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Coconut - 1 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 spoon

Method:
First, Peel the Mango and blend as a smooth puree with milk and set aside.


In a blender, Add Coconut and grind like coarse as shown in picture and set aside.

In a Kadai, Add the grinded Puree and sugar.

Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.




Now, Keep in low flame, Add coconut and keep stirring until the mixture mixed well.
Slowly, The coconut mixture separate from pan.
Add the cardamom powder and mix well.


In a greased pan, Line in with baking paper and pour the mixture into it.


Leave it for 10 to 15 mins and cut into pieces and can be stored in fridge and used for a week.


Serve and enjoy.
