Ragi Tutty Fruity Cake


Ingredients:
All purpose flour (Maida) - 1 cup
Ragi Flour - 1 cup
Powdered Sugar - 200 grams
Water - ½ cup
Baking Powder - 1 spoon
Baking Soda - ¼ spoon
Salt - 1 pinch
Pineapple Flavour - 1/2 spoon
Tutty Fruity - 2 spoons
Oil - 1/4 cup

Method:
In a vessel, Add the All Purpose Flour, Ragi Flour, Powdered Sugar, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Oil, Pineapple Flavour, Tutty Fruity, Water and stir well.







In a baking pan Grease with oil and wheat flour and keep aside.

Now comes baking part, In a Idly cooker (or) Pressure Cooker, Place salt down like a layer and heat for 5 mins. (Good to use aluminium vessels, If you are using pressure cooker, remove the inner belt and weight)

After that place the cake pan on top of salt, close with lid and cook for 10-15 mins.
Then Insert a Knife into the cake, Whether the cake is cooked or not.

Now the cake is ready.



Cool, Serve and enjoy. :)
