Crispy Cabbage Vada


Ingredients:
Onion – 1/4 cup
Green Chilli – 2 chopped finely
Curry leaves – a small handful chopped
Cabbage - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

For grinding:
Channa Dal (Kadalai Paruppu) – 1 cup
Green Chilli - 1
Ginger – small piece
Jeera (Jeerakam) - 1/2 spoon
Curry leaves - 10 leaves

Method:
In a bowl, Soak channa dal over night.

Add grinding ingredients together and Add in blender and grind like coarse puree.

Now add in onions, Cabbage and curry leaves in this and mix well.




In a kadai, Heat oil for deep frying and take a small portion and fry until its golden brown.




Serve and enjoy. :)
