Ingredients:
Ghee - 2 spoons
Cashews - 10
Dry Grapes (Kish mish) - 10
Poha (Aval) - 1/2 cup gm
Milk - 1/4 ltr
Sugar -1/4 cup
Cardamom (Yalakai) - 4
Method:
In a pan, Add a spoon Ghee, Cashews, Dry grapes and fry till golden and keep aside.
Add a spoon ghee add the Poha and roast for 5 mins and set aside.
In a pan, Add Milk, Roasted Poha, Cashew and dry grapes, Sugar and Elaichi.
Cook till the Poha for 5-7 mins.
Serve and enjoy. :)
