Vallarai Soup


Ingredients:
Vallarai Leafs (Vallarai Keerai) - 1/2 cup (Cleaned and washed)
Turmeric powder (Manjal Thool) - 1/4 spoon
Cumin Seeds (Jeerakam) - 1/4 spoon
Pepper - 10
Garlic - 2
Shallots (Chinna Vengayam) - 6
Tomato - 1
Gingerly Oil - 3 Spoons
Salt - As per taste
Water - 6 cups

Method:
In a Blender, Cumin Seeds, Shallots, Pepper, Garlic, Turmeric Powder and grind well and keep aside.





In a pan, Add Vallarai Leafs and grinded paste and stir well.

Add water and Cook well for 10 mins.

Strain the clear soup with coriander leaves.
Add salt and pepper as per taste.


Serve and enjoy. :)
