Mango Kesari


Ingredients:
Mango Juice - 1/2 cup
Sooji (Rava) - 1 Cup
Ghee - 50 ML
Cashew - 10 Nos
Dry Grapes - 10 Nos
Elaichi - 5 Nos
Kesari Powder (Yellow) - 2 pinch
Sugar - 1 Cup
Water - 1.5 cup

Method:
In a kadai, Add ghee, Fry cashew, Grapes, Sooji and stir well.





Add water, Add sugar and stir until sugar gets dissolved.

Add Kesari powder and Elaichi.

                                
Finally add the Mango juice and stir well.





Serve and enjoy. :)
