Crab Gravy


Ingredients:
Tomato - 2
Shallots - 5
Coconut Milk - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1 spoon
Green chilli – 2
Coriander Powder - 1 spoon
Red chilli powder (Milagai Podi) – 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder (Manjal podi) - 1/2 spoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1 Spoon (Check recipe here)
Salt - As Required
Water - As Required

Method:
First, Grind the Tomato and Onion as puree and keep aside.

In a Kadai, Add little bit oil, Tomato Puree, Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric, Garam Masala Powder, Salt and saute well.



Let it cook for 2 min.

Now add the cleaned Crab into it.



Add the coconut mix and add 1 cups water.


Close with Lid and cook for 15 mins.





Serve and enjoy.
