Ingredients:
For Grinding:
Black Pepper (Kuru Milagu) - 15 Nos
Red Chilli - 3
Saunf (Sombu) - 1/2 spoon
Jeera (Jeerakam) - 1/2 spoon
Mustard - 1/2 spoon
Coriander Seeds () - 1 spoon
Clove - 5
Pattai - 1/2 inch
Curry leaves - 20 leaves
Method:
Then, Add the grinding ingredients one by one and fry well.
Keep in a dry Jar and use within 1 week.
Can be used for Veg & Non - Veg Gravy.
