Ingredients:
Cauliflower - 2 cups
Capsicum - 1/2
Peas - 1/2 cup
Cumin Seeds (Jeerakam) - 1/2 spoon
Oil - 2 spoons
Onion - 1
Ginger Paste - 1/2 spoon
Garlic Paste - 1/2 spoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 spoon
Coriander Powder - 1/2 spoon
Curry Leaves - 10
Oil - as required
Salt - as required
Method:
First, Cook the cauliflower and keep aside.
Add the Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, Cauliflower, Peas, Capsicum and mix well.
Add Red Chilli powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder and Salt and fry well.
Serve and enjoy. :)
