Fish 65 (Boneless)


Ingredients:
Seer Fish (Nei Meen) – 1/4 kg Boneless
Chilli Powder – 1/2 spoon
Lemon Juice – 1 spoon
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder (Manjal thool) – 1/2 spoon
Salt - As required
Corn Flour – 2 Spoons
Food colour - 1 pinch
Oil - As required

Method:
First cut and clean and remove the bones from fish.


In a bowl, Add Garlic, Ginger paste, Corn Flour, Add all the masala powder, Salt, Food colour, Lemon Juice and Mix well.






Finally add the Fish and Leave it for 30 hour.

In a kadai, Add oil, Put the Fish one by one and fry till golden.

Drain the oil and Fry curry leaves, Chilly, Garlic, Onion and lemon wedges.


Serve and Enjoy. :)
