Ingredients:
For Masala:
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Jeera - 1 spoon
Saunf - 1 spoon
Poppy seeds (Kasakasa) - 1 spoon
For Gravy:
Green Peas - 1/4 cup
Tomato - 2
Mustard - 1 spoon
Urad Dhall - 1/4 spoon
Clove - 1
Cinnamon - 1
Saunf - 1 spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Chilli Powder – 2 spoon
Turmeric Powder – 1 spoon
Garam Masala Powder – 1 spoon
Green Chillies - 2
Shallots - 10
Salt - As required
Curry Leaves - 15 leaves
Oil – 2 spoon
Method:
In a blender, Add Coconut, Saunf, Jeera, Poppy seeds and grind to fine puree.
In a pan, Add Oil, Urad Dhall, Clove, Cinnamon, Onions, Green Chilli, Curry Leaves, Ginger Garlic paste and fry until it is mushy.
Add the Chilli, Garam Masala, Turmeric powders, Peas, Tomato along with the water and stir well.
Leave it for a boil of 2 mins.
Now add the grinded masala puree into it, Add the milk and cook for 10 mins.
Finally Garnish with some coriander leaves.
Serve and enjoy. :)
