Ghee Rava upma


Ingredients:
Sooji (Rava) - 1 cup
Onion - 1
Green chilli -1
Ginger - 1 inch
Water - 2 cups
Ghee - 3/4 spoon
Salt - As required

For seasoning:
Oil - 2 spoons
Mustard - 1 spoon
Chana dal - 3/4 spoon
Red chillies - 1
Curry leaves - 15 leaves

Method:
 In a pan, Add oil, Mustard, Chana dal, Red chillies and curry leaves.

Add Onions, Green chillies, Ginger and Saute until onions cooked well.


Add 2 cups of water, Ghee and salt.
Once the water boiled, Add rava gradually and keep stirring.




Once the rava absorbs all the water, cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
Serve and Enjoy. :)
