Ingredients:
Gingerly Oil - 1/4 cup
Mustard - 1 spoon
Garlic - 10
Tomato - 3
Onion - 2
Ginger - 1/4 inch
Curry Leaves - 15 leaves
Turmeric - 1/4 spoon
Chilli powder - 1 spoon
Salt - As required
Method:
In a pan, Add Oil, Mustard, Garlic, Onion, Tomato, Curry leaves and stir well until it turns to golden colour.
Add the Turmeric, Chilli, Salt and stir well.
Stir well, Add some water and Boil for 5 more minutes
Serve and enjoy. :)
