Bread Rava Vada


Ingredients:
Bread - 4
All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1/4 cup
Sooji (Rava) - 1/4 cup
Curd (Thayir) - 1/4 cup
Onion - 1
Green Chilies - 2
Turmeric - 1/4 spoon
Curry leaves - 10 leaves
Chilli Powder - 1/2 spoon
Ginger - Small piece
Salt - As required
Oil - As required

Method:
In a bowl, Add Bread, All Purpose Flour, Sooji, Ginger, Onion, Green chillies, Curry leaves, Curd, Salt and Mix well as a thick batter.







Leave it for 15 -30 minutes.

Grease your hands with oil and take a portion of the batter and make into vada shape with a hole at the center.

In a pan, Heat Oil and fry the vada until it is golden and crispy.





Serve and Enjoy. :)
