Tandoori Paneer Tikka


Ingredients:
Garlic Paste - 1 Spoon
Ginger Paste - 1 Spoon
Curds - 1/2 cup
Coriander Powder - 1 spoon
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 spoon
Chaat Masala Powder - 1/2 spoon
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric - 1/4 spoon
Salt to taste

Paneer - 100 gms (Cut into cubes)
Onion - 1 (cut into cubes)
Capsicum - 1 (Cut into cubes)
Oil - 2 Spoons

Method:


In a bowl, Add Curd, Ginger and Garlic paste.

Mix all the Spices.


Add paneer and stir well until the masala is coated well.
Marinade for at least half an hour or up to two hours. So the masala gets into paneer well.


Pre-heat oven to 220 C.
In a Stick / Skewer Add the marinated paneer cubes one and alternating with onions and capsicum.


Bake for 10 minutes, Take out and drizzle oil and Bake for 5 more mins.

Once cooked, Serve hot with Onion and lemon slices.
