Corn Kebab


Ingredients:
Corn - 100 gm
Potato - 2
Green chilli - 2
Capsicum - 1/2
Onion - 1
Lemon juice - 1 spoon
Coriander Powder - 1 spoon
Corn flour - 2 spoons
Salt - As required
Oil - As required

Method:
In a blender, Add boiled corn and coarsely grind it without water.


In a mixing bowl, Add Blended Corn, Green Chilli, Capsicum, Onion, Lemon Juice, Coriander Powder, Salt, Oil, Boiled Potato, Corn Flour and kneed well.








Take some mixed Content, Form like a ball and insert the stick in centre.

Heat the oil, Drop the kebab sticks and fry it in medium flame.
Fry till turns to golden brown from both the sides.

Once it is cooked all sides, Drain the oil.



Serve and Enjoy. :)
