Ingredients:
Carrot - 1
Almond - 10
Dry Grapes - 20
Milk - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1/4 cup
All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 1 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Vannila Essence – 1 spoon
Baking Powder – 1 spoon
Salt – 1 pinch
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180° C for 10 min.
In a bowl, Add Milk, Oil, Sugar, Vannila, All purpose flour, Shredded Carrot, Baking powder, Almonds, Grapes and beat well with egg beater.
Dust the cake pan with butter and maida.
Insert a Knife into the cake, Check whether the cake is cooked or not.
Now the cake is ready.
Serve and enjoy. :)
