Aloo Samosa


Ingredients:
For Dough:
Wheat Flour - 1/2 cup
All Pupose Flour (Maida) - 1/2 cup
Carom seeds (Omam) - 1 spoon
salt - As required
Oil - 3 spoons
Water - As required

For stuffing:
Oil - 2 spoons
Cumin seeds (Jeera) - 1/2 spoon
Potato - 2
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Red chili powder - 1/ spoon
Coriander Powder - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric - 1/4 spoon
Salt - As required

Method:
In a bowl Add Wheat Flour, Maida, Ajwain, Salt, Oil and waterand knead to a stiff dough.






Cover with a cloth and keep aside 15 minutes.


In a pan, Add Oil, Cumin seeds, Ginger Garlic Paste and saute well.







Add the Boiled mashed potatoes and all the Red chilli and corinader powders, Turmeric and Salt and fry well.


Now, knead the dough well and roll out the dough in oval shape.


Using a knife, Cut it horizontally and divide to 2 equal portions.

Grease the edges with water and make like a cone.
Now, Stuff the potato masala into it.

Seal the edges tightly with water.

In a pan, Heat the oil and deep fry the samosas in a medium flame.

Once cooked, Drain the oil.


Serve and Enjoy. :)
