Lemon Cake


Ingredients:
Eggs – 3
All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 1.5 cup
Baking Powder – 1 spoon
Oil – 1/2 cup
Lemon Zest – 1 spoon
Sugar – 3/4 cup
Curd – 3/4 cup
Tutty Fruity - 2 spoons

Method:
In a Mixing bowl, Add Eggs, Flour, Oil, Baking powder, Sugar, Lemon zest, Tutty Fruity and mix well.









Preheat oven to 180 degree C.

Grease the pan with oil and dust with flour.
Pour the batter in the greased pan.

Bake for 30 mins, Insert on cake and Check with knife , Whether it is cooked well.


Slice into Pieces.



Serve and Enjoy. :)
