Spicy Chicken Sukka


Ingredients:
Chicken - 500 gms
Cumin seeds - 1 spoons
Saunf - 1/2 spoon
Pepper - 1 spoons
Coriander seeds - 1 spoons
Dry Red Chili - 4
Small onion - 15
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Garlic - 5
Green chilies - 5
Turmeric powder - 1/2 spoon
Oil - As required
Salt  - As required
Curry Leaves - 10 - 15 leaves

Method:
In a pan, Add Cumin Seeds, Pepper, Dry red chili, Saunf, Coriander seeds and roast well.



In blender, Add the mix, Ginger, Garlic and grind to a fine paste with water.

In a bowl, Add the chicken and paste and marinate for 10 mins.


In a Pan, Add oil, Onion, Salt, Marinated chicken, Water and Close with lid and cook until all the water has been evaporated and the chicken become a little dry.







Finally squeeze with some lemon drops.




Serve and enjoy. :)
